Body Boutique is committed to helping its members achieve all of their health and fitness aspirations, and we are pleased to be able to offer certified, experienced personal trainers who are available to help members begin a safe and effective exercise routine customized to their goals and needs.

Our training options include:

Grit games was honestly the best. I've struggled with a changing body, 
but seeing how hard I could push myself made me appreciate my strength and capability 
rather than the number on the scale. Also.. my fiancé and I are weighing pros and cons 
of moving to KC or staying in Lawrence and Body Boutique takes up like 10 spaces on my 
"cons of moving" list because I don't want to go without it- it's such a wonderful community! 


Cannot believe today is the last day of GRIT Games! 
At the beginning, I really didn't know what to expect. 
I knew it was going to be challenging but WOW it was so much more than that!! 
Along the way I learned dedication, had to find new ways to stay motivated, and 
became friends with some pretty fantastic women! 
Now, I'm looking good, feeling good and am super motivated to keep working hard! 
Thanks to BB, the phenomenal trainers, and my AMAZING team for such a great first experience with GRIT Games!

TRX: No matter who you are or what you're training for, TRX Suspension Training can help. Offering 300+ exercises that build power, flexibility, core strength, and endurance, TRX is the most versatile total-body workout on the planet!  

LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength: Designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
 
LES MILLS GRIT™ Plyo: Designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body. LES MILLS GRIT Plyo takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
 
LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio: Improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LES MILLS GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

SMALL GROUP PT

Small Group personal training can give you personalized attention at the fraction of the price of a one-on-one training session. 

Groups need a minimum of three participants and generally can take up to six participants. Join an existing group or grab a couple of friends and start your own!

Get 3 or more friends together and create your own small group! 

Your time, your group, your way!

Your trainer will help you work towards your goals as a group!
