Elisa’s passion for fitness began as a group fitness instructor. The connection she made with participants while providing motivation and encouragement drove her to become a trainer. She loves helping women make positive changes in their lives through exercise and empowers her clients to push themselves to the next level. Elisa shows her clients how to work out safely and effectively to produce lasting results.

When Elisa is not teaching classes or working out, she enjoys baking, playing with her young sons, or spending time with her family and friends.

Anna’s enthusiasm for fitness was sparked as a step instructor and continued to grow as she received numerous certifications. She enjoys working with older adults as she loves seeing women realize they are not too old or out of shape to change the quality of everyday living. Anna believes that committing to daily exercise and good nutrition leads to improved overall health and well-being. She believes that personal training is an excellent way to educate women and create balance in their lives. By focusing on proper posture and form, women can experience positive results and prevent injury.

When Anna is not training or teaching she enjoys gardening, painting, water skiing, and spending time with family and friends.

Meredith Beightel, Professional Trainer

Meredith is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has furthered her education in the health and fitness industry by earning both her Les Mills CXWorx and Level 1 TRX certifications to help her clients achieve their goals in new and creative ways. She knows that hard work pays off, and wants to help her clients realize this too. Meredith believes you should get out what you put in, and if you're ready to put in the effort, she will guide you from wherever you are to the next level.

When Meredith is not training clients or teaching CXWorx, she spends time with her husband and children and goes for a run every chance she gets!

Lyndsey Borsodi, Trainer

NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist 

 Lyndsey is originally from a suburb outside of Chicago. She moved to Lawrence in pursuit of a degree in community health from the University of Kansas. While taking classes at KU, she discovered a passion for helping people transition from an unhealthy way of life to a healthy one. Lyndsey then attended the WellSpring School of Allied Health to obtain her NASM certification.  

Lyndsey loves working with people of all different fitness levels and ages. She enjoys incorporating circuit workouts for all of her clients, to keep the heart rate up and burn more calories. She also has a certification in Corrective Exercise, which allows her to perform assessments with each client before they start a program to ensure that they get the most of their time with her!

Kristen Lumpkins, Trainer

Kristen is originally from Stafford, KS. She moved to Lawrence in 2012 to further her education in Exercise Science at the University of Kansas. Kristen is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Les Mills BodyPump instructor. She has always exhibited a passion for fitness and loves helping women of all backgrounds achieve their individual goals by pushing her clients to their limits. Kristen is also a certified Youth Coach of the State of Kansas. She is currently the Head Girls' Track Coach for Eudora Middle School.  

Kristen enjoys helping youth lead a healthy and active lifestyle as well as assisting young athletes in reaching their fullest potential.  

Madelyn Whitfill, Trainer 

B.S. in Exercise Science
ACSM Certified Personal Trainer

Madelyn is originally from Wichita, KS, although she has lived in many different states throughout her life – providing a well rounded background of diversity & culture. She moved to Lawrence & attended the University of Kansas to receive a B.S. in Exercise Science. Shortly after graduating, she continued her education in her field & received an Exercise Physiologist certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). 

She enjoys working with ladies of all ages & skill levels – from young athletes who want to improve strength & power up through those of an elderly age to assist them with daily functional fitness. Her style is mixed and is tailored to every individual she works with. She has knowledge and skills in basic strength training, power lifting, high intensity interval training, plyometrics, core work, TRX, and so on and so forth.

Regan Broadfoot, Trainer 

NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Regan's love of teaching is what led her to become a Personal Trainer.  She has worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years and has truly enjoyed getting to know and work with the people in her community.  

Regan became certified through NASM and enjoys creating fun and challenging resistance and circuit-style workouts.  She hopes to help women find their inner strength and to assist them in creating a positive and healthy lifestyle that will last a lifetime.

When Regan is not in the gym, she is at home perfecting her gluten and dairy-free recipes.  She is an avid cook and baker and loves making beautiful creations from scratch!   Along with baking, Regan is always listening to music, singing and spending time with family and friends.
